Crunching the numbers so you can do the fun stuff

In recent years we have successfully developed a number of Event Registration solutions for our UK based partners, including such high-profile names as Google Europe (Zeitgeist, Doodle4Google, and DublinSight events), BUPA (internal corporate events) and CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre).

The initial challenge was to create a system that could send out invitations and event reminder correspondences. From there it expanded, so that potential guests could be invited to submit information summarising their travel, hotel and dining preferences. We also added a Q & A step from which feedback could be gathered and reported back to the organisers.

We have dealt with events varying from public competitions to high profile private parties and have streamlined the organisation of conference logistics involving delegates from all over the world. And being precise workers, we've ensured that the registration micro sites are tailor-made to each specific event.

In a nutshell, our systems can handle almost every common function of event organisation. So far we have created them to be able to:

• Upload invitation lists
• Send out online invitations, reminders, and joining instructions in personalised emails to large numbers of people
• Gather real time information about delegates and their partners including any disabilities that may affect them, any dietary preferences, any travel issues etc.
• Make simple report extracts available as downloadable spreadsheets
• Provide secure access to invited users only
• Deal with forgotten passwords instantly and securely
• Allow event organisers to close registration at a certain date (but still allow access to select invitees)
• Run attendance reports in real time
